Trish joined the Post in 2018 to lead a new team of reporters focused on climate and the environment. In 2022, she joined the investigations team as projects editor. She formerly led international investigations and terrorism enterprise at the Associated Press, where her team's work on Yemen won a Pulitzer Prize in 2019.
